Clay Marathon
Given the scale of the project and its main concept, Debra called on her fellow artists as well as students and children to join her in a “clay marathon” at Mudflat Studio in Somerville, MA. This expressed the multiplicity and community central to the project, specifically the interaction of individual energies and their effect on the group.

Plinth Series
We are pleased to announce the start of exhibitions and installations, to be held in our studio, named the Plinth Series . We hope this ongoing program will serve as a base or platform to further explore the intersection and/or interaction of architecture, art, and design. The scale of our studio, the various lighting conditions, and its location along what is known as the “bike path” present both opportunities and challenges.
Debra Fleury, a designer and sculptor living in the Boston area, will kick off our inaugural installation—to be celebrated on May 11th. Her finely crafted work, that utilizes various materials from porcelain to glass, has been shown across the country to much praise, including “Beyond the Brickyard” at the Archie Bray Foundation.
