We have completed construction documents for the renovation of East 4^th Street, adjacent to the Le MaMa Theatre. The project is part of NYC Department of Design and Construction’s (DDC) design excellence initiative. The renovated building will be the new home for Downtown Art and Alpha Omega Theatrical Dance Company. This is our third contract with the DDC.
