Portsmouth, NH USA
We are completing construction documents for a 60,000 SF zero net energy office building. The project was commissioned under the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Design Excellence Program. The project goes out to bid in June and has an estimated construction cost of $16.4 million.

In Progress: Downtown Art, NYC Department of Design and Construction >>
New York, NY USA
We have completed construction documents for the renovation of East 4th Street, adjacent to the Le MaMa Theatre. The project is part of NYC Department of Design and Construction’s (DDC) design excellence initiative. The renovated building will be the new home for Downtown Art and Alpha Omega Theatrical Dance Company. This is our third contract with the DDC.
